Major milestone: 10625 tickets handled by MercuryMinds Support & Maintenance Team

The third quarter of 2014 has been a promising start for our Support and Maintenance segment (also known as Zeta Team).  Over the last 6 years we have received an overwhelming number of support and maintenance requests, 10625 tickets to be precise. With an average team size of 4 members, our lean Support Team has proven again that talent and skill set overpowers the sheer number of staff strength for efficiency. Since 2008, each year the Support Team has expanded its area of expertise from design and development support to resolving critical SEO errors.

The team had received a whooping 10,625 ticket requests on the whole, and went forth closing 10474 of them successfully.

Further statistics regarding the same are as follows:

  • 2424 tickets were resolved within 3 hours from the time it was created.
