1. Pay - as - you - go (Custom Work):
We offer custom work services based on the customer requirements in X-cart/Magento. We charge 20 USD/hour and if it goes more than 20 hours, we offer fixed costs which will be an affordable one for your work.
2. Premium Customers:
Once when the customer sign the support service contract they become our premium customer. As per SLA, our response time is 6 hours, within this time limit we will start working on the ticket. Customers pay for the work in monthly basis. There are three packages (3 hours-55$, 10 hours-200$, 20 hours-400$) available and you will be invoiced every month. You can utilize these hours to work on any x-cart/Magento issues.
We do not charge initially from the customers. Tickets will be considered based on the queue.

The initial consultation is free. This means that the customers can post their issues under the corresponding section for free.
- After thorough analysis of the issue, we would raise an invoice of based on the working time, we decide to work on that issue.
- We handle projects that costs maximum of 400 USD. If the work is expected to be more than 400 USD or the estimation is considered to extend more than 20 hours, we would provide a Custom Quote stating the cost for the work to be done. The corresponding work would be started once the payment is received from the customer. No prior development is encouraged.
