• Images optimization: Images are resized (Optimized to mobile) for thumbnail and detailed product images.
• Open source: It is 100% open source. You can customize/make changes in future on your own. It is easier to make design and layout changes.
• No customization/third party modules are supported. If you need assistance in special cases, please contact our sales team. We will get that done for you at additional cost.

Financial Schedule & Payment Terms

The following is the proposed payment schedule.

• All prices include Taxes
• Advance Payment: The first invoice amount should be paid as an advance before work can commence. This is non-refundable.
• Mode of Payment: Payment is currently accepted by cheque or direct bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed. If your cheque is returned by the bank as unpaid for any reason, you will be liable for a "returned cheque" charge of 150 USD. Credit Card Payments: Credit card payments can also be accepted via our Paypal electronic invoice system. These are subject to a 2.95% surcharge.
• Any additional payment for additional effort will be calculated and will be billed at hourly rate of 20 USD.
• Pending payment and Go-Live: The mobile version will be taken Live only after full payment has been received.

Terms & Conditions:

• Project Start & End Date: The work will be scheduled once the advance payment is made on first come first serve basis. The project start date and end date will be clearly communicated to the client within 48 hours from the advance payment is received. The project will be delivered within 90 days (maximum) from the date of order. We will try our best to deliver within 30 days from the advance payment is made.
• Warranty: There will be a 6 months warranty period during which any bugs in implemented functionalities will be fixed at free of cost. If the client made any changes in the code & caused the issues, this will not be covered as part of free warranty support. The free warranty support is for the mobile version integration only and does not cover other types of support that are features related, maintenance work or new features implementation/changes or data upload or adding content.
• Future Support: The work is provided with completed work after UAT (User Acceptance Testing) approval accepted by the client as a fully functioning mobile website. And the project will be moved to support Phase immediately when the mobile version goes live and MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd will provide future support only upon a request. If they are bugs, you can report it to our support team and the bugs will be fixed at free of cost during warranty period. If the warranty is over, we will charge 20 USD per hour to fix the issues.
• The proposal is only for the mobile version of x-cart based website development. It does not cover software licensing, web hosting and any other costs that do not form part of coding unless otherwise stated in the scope. The client is responsible for running x-cart based store.
• Clients Responsibilities with Regard to Copyright: In situations where the client provides images, text, animations or any other content for their website they are legally responsible for ensuring that this material does not infringe any copyright. Certain images provided by MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd in the construction of the website may have been purchased under licence from stock image suppliers. These images are generally only licensed for use on a single website and may not be used in publicity material. The website owner is legally responsible for ensuring that this does not happen. If you wish to use any images from the site for other purposes please contact us for clarification.
• Client Access details: The client shall provide all the access details necessary for MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd to perform the support work. In return MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd will maintain the confidentiality of any such information and will maintain the trade secrets of the client with due care.
• Cancellation: If the client wish to cancel the project at any point during the process they shall remain liable for the work that has taken place and shall be invoiced accordingly.
• Communication: MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd will endeavour to stick to the communication plans providing frequent updates to the client on a regular basis. Similarly, the client shall endeavour to stick to the feedback and approval plans. Any delays caused by the client in providing feedback or approvals shall affect the time scale of the project.
• Not responsible for unforeseen circumstances: MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for any delays caused due to unforeseen circumstances like unexpected server downtimes, natural disasters or other occurrences of this nature.
