By Purchasing any template or other product from Mercury Minds Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to the following:

1. MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with these terms of use.

2.One license gives you the right to use the template or other product only once. (ie, onetime usage on one domain on one server)

3. You may alter the skins code for your own use. You may not, however, distribute the original template code or your modified skins code without the explicit permission of MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd.

6. MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate your license if these clauses are broken.

7. You must ensure before purchasing that you are happy with the template on our demo, and have tested it in all areas you wish for it work in. Refunds are not given for incompatibilities that can be tested via the demo.

8. Some of our supplied software is protected using either domain licensing or encryption, or both, source code is not made accessible or provided unless stated. If you have made modifications to databases software you intend to use our add ones on please contact us before making any purchase, our software is guaranteed to work on unmodified system databases that meet the minimum stated requirements

9.All license fees are non-refundable.

10. The license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any other time by deleting the template together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form. It will also terminate upon conditions set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. You agree upon such termination to delete the template together with all copies, modifications and merged portions in any form.

11. To download the software or templates you have purchased will require 24- 36 hours, to cross check the payment validations and internal cross checking to eliminate criminals. The download links will be sent via email of the profile used to place the order.

12. If you want to cancel an order, you can cancel it, but the request should be mailed to us before the delivery process starts from our side. Please note that due to copyright and licensing laws we cannot issue refunds for downloadable products. All sales of downloadable software products are final.

13. MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or modify any of the information contained on this service, or the services, at any time. MercuryMinds Technologies Pvt Ltd has the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

14. If any provision of this agreement is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement will remain in effect. The user agrees to comply with all applicable laws in using this service or the materials.

15. MercuryMinds Tecnologies Pvt Ltd shall in no event be liable for any claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses of whatever nature and howsoever arising, including without limitation any compensatory, The user must assume the entire risk of using the template or other product.
